PROS
They make it sound very easy to use for the seasoned sewer.

CONS
I'm just learning how to sew, so I don't know if it would be very easy to use for someone like me.

OVERALL
It sounds like a great machine, it seems to do a lot of functions easily and automatically. It would be a nice machine to have for someone who sews all the time.

PROS
This is a great machine, I have been sewing for a couple of decades. I have had several different machines and this is the best I have had so far. It is very easy to use and the first electronic machine I have had. I got this machine about a year ago and actually ended up with two. My friend that is a professional seamstress bought the second machine from me and loves it too. Much lighter than the older "solid" machines. It does so much work for you.

CONS
When you are loading the bobbin, they put a cutter in there that my friend can't get used to....cuts the thread too soon, before it is completely threaded. But it hasn't been a problem for me. Also when you are doing a finished edge stitch #8, it goes very slow. I would prefer to use my surger for finishing edges but unfortunately it is in the shop being repaired. My friend says the machine is slower all around compared to her professional machines, but for the value very good. Can't find anything else to complain about it yet!

OVERALL
As I said earlier, this is the best machine I have had yet! I got it on sale (one of them) for about $500.00. That comes with free sewing lessons and great customer service. This machine is great for the beginner or the professional. Does all the basic stitches and some fancy decorator ones too. This is the first Husqvarna I have owned or used and I am very impressed. I listened to my friend the professional sewer and was glad I did. We are both happy with this machine. I am sure it will last a long time. (comes with a good warranty too)

PROS
I have had this machine for 3 years. It is very easy to use. It came with lessons & since I am not some one who sews real often, It is nice that I can take a refresher course any time I want to.

CONS
One of the cons is that I wish it different speeds of sewing- I have Parkinsons disease so I wish when I am quilting, I wish I could slow down the speed. The other thing is that I have noticed is that I had to pay $105.00 for the walking foot that other machines come with when new!

OVERALL
Overall it is a good machine that is easy to use.

The hands free reverse sounds nice, as does a warranty.

CONS
The cost! Dear God, a good Brothers machine with nearly every feature this thing boast is only $250. Oh, and are the sewing lessons optional and if you don't want them, is there a discount on the machine? My mother was a professional seamstress and she taught me to sew, so I wouldn't need them.

OVERALL
I'll stick with my Brothers or maybe splurge the extra $75 to $100 for a Singer. Tried and true machines. My mother's Singer is over 80 years old and still sews like a dream and she bought it at an estate sale for $50 over 25 years ago.

reading sounds good easy is great but any machine is great if you know the ups and downs of the sewing machine, truth is the price is to high. For that price more features can be added.

PROS
Easy to use. Simple instruction booklet for the novice (like me) is included. I bought mine from a Joann Fabrics & even though it has a nice little pricetag it is worth it. Just enough features to get you started. Owned mine for 3 years & no problems

CONS
If you find these on sale go for it. There was a 1 year warranty on my to let me trade up within 1 year if I wanted to upgrade. They would credit me the full price I paid on the machine towards the new one.

OVERALL
Very happy. My mother taught me how to work her 35 yr. old dinosaur, you know the ones that take up all that room built into a desk. I bought mine when her's died on me & I was in the middle of making my son's 1st halloween costume (Charlie Brown, nice & simple) Now I take mine to my mother's house for her to use.

It sounds simple enough to use. if you have sewn before

CONS
very pricey for what it does no more than a two up singer or a brother or a white.

OVERALL
Before I would even think of getting one I would have to sew and settle into the machine and go if it has one speed too bad i run asap on straight a way because i need time to get other things done to. I have an old turned over from a treaddle to electric and it has been handed down to me from an Aunt and i still will not give it away. it is my ox to mow down any thing with a seam. they i got one that had extra stitches on when got married, it was a new singer when i got it. burned it up in two-three years sewing buntings winter coats for family. traded it in for a heavier model made by singer but had montgomery wards on it still have it to day also. but the best one was the one I learned to sew on was my mothers after she passed away no one else wanted it and she told everyong prior that is was mine. and now I also have a serger I love but with the old singer metal innerds i have and can still get the metal parts for it I'll hang on to it till my time....but I like others have a preference for different machine of mine for different uses JED

It sounds simple, but I would have to use it to give a fair and good review of the machine. I have a singer now, but have been looking to up grade to a machine that does more. This would be one I would consider looking more into.

PROS
By all accounts of owners I've talked to online, this is an excellent machine. It's of professional quality, but can be used with by beginners as well. Though I consider myself a beginner in the realm of sewing, I *can* sew well enough to make clothes and sell them. I'm intrigued by the machine and have considered going down to my local sewing/vacuum shop to give it a try!

CONS
This machine is just prohibitively expensive. My family has always purchase Brother and Singer sewing machines because of their affordability and lost-lasting high quality. I can't really imagine sewing and selling enough that this machine could pay itself off.

OVERALL
For those who are even more avid in their sewing (or who simply have the means to purchase), this machine is excellent. Though extremely interested and intrigued, I will personally stick with what is in my price bracket.
